The 12-inch dosa tawa has good weight and feels high quality. Only thing I noticed is that, though it’s mentioned the oil settles in the center, for me it flows to the sides—maybe due to my countertop. Other than that, it’s a big tawa and makes it easy to finish cooking quickly.
