MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Melting Pig Iron (for Fe200 Grade) with Alloys
• Pig iron is melted with alloys such as nickel, chromium, copper, carbon, silicon, and manganese at a temperature of 1300°C to form a molten metal mixture.
• This mixture serves as the base for producing cast iron.

Transfer and Pouring into the Mold
• The molten metal, heated to 1300°C, is transferred into a mold designed to shape the final cast iron product.
• It is poured into the mold, filling it to the required level.

De-molding
• Once the molten metal cools and solidifies in the mold, the product is removed through a process known as de-molding.
• This step releases the cast iron product from the mold.

Cleaning
• The cast iron product is cleaned to eliminate any dirt, debris, or leftover mold material.
• This ensures the surface is ready for additional processing.

Shot Blasting
• Shot blasting involves propelling steel shots at the cast iron surface to eliminate sand impurities and roughen the surface.
• This enhances the surface finish and prepares it for further treatments.

Quality Inspection
• The cast iron product is inspected for defects such as blow holes or imperfections in the mold.
• Quality checks ensure the product meets the necessary standards.

Grinding and Buffing
• Grinding and buffing are performed to smooth the cast iron’s surface and edges using progressively finer abrasives.

CNC Machining
• CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining uses automated machines to precisely cut or drill specific features into the cast iron.
• This process adds intricate details and designs, achieving a high-luster finish while eliminating surface imperfections.

Seasoning
• Seasoning involves applying a layer of oil to the cast iron surface and heating it to create a hard, non-stick coating.
• This process protects the cast iron from rust and improves its cooking performance and durability..

Double Seasoning
• Double seasoning is a secondary seasoning process where another layer of oil is applied to the cast iron surface and heated again to form an additional protective non-stick coating.
• This enhances the durability, ensures greater rust resistance, and improves the cooking surface, providing an even better non-stick finish for long-term use.

Packing
• Once finished, the cookware is carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transport and storage.

Shipping
• The final products are shipped to retailers or customers, ensuring safe delivery for their intended use.
