Our journey began over 30 years ago with a small foundry. During this time, we started crafting heavy-duty cast iron cookware by hand for our family and friends. The cookware was known for its sturdiness and reliability, and those who used it still praise its lasting quality. This early experience inspired us to create cookware that would endure for generations.
Driven by positive feedback and a desire to reach more people, we launched our first cookware brand, ANAL, in 2017. Our goal was to bring high-quality cast iron cookware to the market. However, due to unforeseen challenges, we faced difficulties that temporarily halted the growth of the brand.
In 2022, with the advancement of new technology and the introduction of innovative CNC machines and advanced molds, we were able to design and produce a new line of high-grade cast iron cookware. With precision and attention to detail, our products were crafted to stand the test of time, combining years of experience with cutting-edge technology to create cookware of unparalleled quality.
Now, in 2025, we are proud to introduce Elbow – a premium line of cookware designed for the modern cook. Elbow blends tradition and innovation to offer products that not only enhance the cooking experience but also represent durability and excellence.
