✅ Eligible for Replacement:

Manufacturing Defect

If the product has any manufacturing fault, it will be replaced with a new one at no additional cost.

Damaged or Broken Product

If the product arrives broken or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement.

 📦 Mandatory Requirements:

A clear unboxing video is required as proof.

The complaint must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

⚠ Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 5 days will not be accepted for replacement.

Usage & Maintenance:

Cookware must be used and maintained strictly as per the provided instructions. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to improper use or lack of proper care. If you are unsure about how to use or maintain the cookware, please contact our customer care team—we’re here to help.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information:

Please ensure that your shipping address and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, the company will not be responsible for the failed delivery.

If you wish to have the product re-shipped, you will be required to pay the additional shipping charges.
